1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and that you agree to abide by these terms.

2. General Compliance

You agree to use the Platform and its services in strict accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your activities on the Platform do not violate the legal requirements of your jurisdiction.

3. User-Uploaded Content Standards

When uploading custom story backgrounds, context, or media ("User Content") to guide the AI, you must adhere to the highest standards of social responsibility. You are strictly prohibited from uploading any content that:

• Is Illegal or Immoral: Contains violence, obscenity, pornography, extremism, terrorism, or promotes hatred.
• Violates Ethics: Contravenes public order, social morals, or traditional ethical standards.
• Infringes on Rights: Harms the physical or mental health of others; or infringes upon any third party's portrait rights, reputation, honor, privacy, or other personal information rights.
• Is Discriminatory: Promotes or facilitates discrimination based on ethnicity, religious belief, nationality, region, gender, age, profession, health status, or any other protected characteristic.

4. AI Generation Code of Conduct

While we encourage creative freedom, the use of our AI generation tools is subject to specific safety boundaries. You shall not utilize the Platform to generate content that:

• Portrays or incites violence, sexual explicitness, or terrorism.
• Spreads hate speech or extremist ideologies.
• Harms the well-being of minors or the mental health of individuals.
• Impersonates others or infringes upon the reputation, privacy, or likeness (portrait rights) of real persons.
• Produces biased or discriminatory narratives against any social, ethnic, or demographic group.

5. Creative Freedom & Responsibility

Within the framework of local laws, social ethics, and these Terms:

• Freedom of Creation: We support your right to explore diverse narratives and utilize AI for innovative storytelling.
• User Responsibility: You remain the primary party responsible for the "prompts" you provide and the resulting creative directions you choose to explore.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

Alkove AI reserves the right (but does not assume the obligation) to review user-uploaded content for compliance.

• Violations: If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to remove the offending content, suspend your access to certain features, or permanently terminate your account without notice or refund.
• Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any content that violates these standards via [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

• User Content: You retain ownership of the original text and images you upload, but you grant Alkove AI a non-exclusive license to host and display this content to other users as per the platform's social features.
• AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and local copyright laws, you are free to use the AI-generated stories for personal or creative purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alkove AI provides AI generation tools for entertainment and creative purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You agree that the Operator shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your violation of these Terms or the misuse of generated content.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
